Add dated closures or message notices to a Concierge Agent, preview the result, and publish once. The agent will resume its ordinary settings when the window ends. Copy selected windows to next year and review the dates before publishing. Configure holiday windows.

Refresh Auto-Assign availability — Coming soon

Opening or returning to an inbox will check its available actions again. If an administrator changes direct email assignment while you are working, select Refresh to update Auto-Assign availability alongside the conversation list, keeping your filters and sort. See Using Views.
